30th Annual Broomfield Days 2010
Booth Sales Will Close Friday, September 10th
When: Saturday, September 18, 2010 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: North Midway Park, Broomfield
The Biggest Community Event of the Year with Over 25,000 Attendees!
Trade Fair booth space is limited to 100 exhibitors.
Booth rental fees include a 10’x10’ space with one 6 ft. table, 2 chairs and a pop-up tent. There will be a $50 credit for vendors using their own pop-up. Electricity is available in the TURQUOISE AREA ONLY. There is an additional cost of $65 and no electrical cords are provided. Tablecloths will be available for a $10 rental fee.
MANDATORY Broomfield Days Information Briefing will be held on Wednesday, August 18th, 9:00 AM at The Stratford at FlatIrons, 400 Summit Blvd., Broomfield 80021. It is very important that a representative from each booth attend this meeting. This is the time to gather information and ask questions!
Zero Waste – Broomfield Days will be 100% Zero Waste as required by the City and County of Broomfield. All participants are required to comply and sign an agreement to this effect. Information is available online and signed along with your booth application.
Sponsorships - This year we have Sponsorships available for the Beer Garden and the Hospitality Tent. Sponsors receive a booth, event recognition, and promotion on all marketing materals. For details, see the Space Application Form. Call the Chamber today to take advantage of this great marketing opportunity for your business and secure a premium booth location!
Booth Assignments.
The Lottery Drawing for initial booth assignments has been completed. Booth space is still available for Broomfield Chamber Members on a first-come, first-served basis.
Booth sales will be open to non-Chamber members July 1st, for an additional $250.00. Non-Chamber member booths will be located in the White, Orange and Turquoise areas, or if space is available in the Chamber Member section. Pop-up tents and tablecloths will not be provided for Non-Chamber members.
