Trying to find a space for your big meeting or conference? Looking for a space to host your event?

Our new Broomfield Area Chamber office offers Conference Room rental, or room in our Flex Workspace. The spaces are idea for members who are on the go, but need space with wi-fi to check emails or get some work done. They’re also great for group meetings or team workshops. Read the details below, then fill out our rental request form here.

NOTE: The conference room MUST be reserved at least 72 hours in advance. The Flex Workspace is available for drop-ins, but is extremely limited. A reservation is highly encouraged.

Many members of the Broomfield Area Chamber also offer space to help you with those needs. Check back often, as these listings may update frequently.

Large Conference Room

Seats Up to 16 people (20 with no tables)

Member Rate: The first two visits (up to 2 hours each) are free, then $20 per hour
Not-Yet Member Rate: $50 per hour

This room is located at the north end next to the Chamber offices and has seating for up to 16 people. This space is perfect for staff retreats, committee meetings or lunch and learns. The room is equipped with conference calling and AV, including a large screen TV. Food/beverage may be brought in by renter(s) if desired. The room is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Advance reservations are required, and are subject to availability. Start and end times before 9am or after 4pm may be requested, but will be billed at $50 per hour.

Flex Workspace

Seats 6-8 people
Member Rate: The first 4 visits (up to 2 hours each) are free, then $10 per hour
Not-Yet-Member Rate: $25 per hour

This flex space is located on the north end of the Chamber offices and has seating for 6 individuals. The space can be utilized by individuals or small groups, and has a TV monitor and HDMI connection available for presentations. Food/beverage may be brought in by renter(s) if desired. The room is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Advance reservations are suggested. Drop-ins will be accommodated if the space is open. This room is not available for extended hour rentals.
