1. Taste It – held on Thursday, June 27th at the 1st Bank Center, Taste It is the signature fundraising event for the Broomfield Chamber. We are in need of 15 – 20 volunteers to work a variety of positions including check-in, vendor coordination, portal monitoring, set-up and tear-down, etc. All volunteers receive complimentary admission (a $25 value) which allows you to be part of the event as a guest once you’ve fulfilled you’re assigned responsibility.
2. Great American Picnic Beer Garden – held on the 4th of July from 4:00 – 9:00pm as part of the City and County of Broomfield’s Great American Picnic. This event takes place at County Commons Park located at 13200 Sheridan Blvd, and requires several volunteers for ID checking, wristband distribution, beer ticket sales, and entrance/exit monitors.
3. Broomfield Days Beer Gardens – the Chamber sponsors beer gardens on both the north and south sides of Midway Park for this event with volunteers needed in 2-hour shifts from 9:00am – 6:00pm. Responsibilities include ID checking and beer ticket sales.
4. Hoosball Tournament Committee – as many of you may remember, we held our inaugural Hoosball Tournament last year in October at Midway Park. We’re bringing it back for a repeat performance this year and are looking for volunteers willing to serve on a committee dedicated to the planning and coordination of this new and exciting event! We need your ideas to move this event to the next level, so contact Tammy if you’re interested!
Tammy can be reached by phone at 303-466-1775, xt 101 or by email at tammy.whitaker@broomfieldchamber.com. Thanks in advance for your commitment to the success of the Chamber and its events.
